Shipping policy

At Casysac, we are committed to delivering your travel gear and tech accessories to you as quickly and safely as possible. We currently ship to the United Kingdom, Ireland, and the Netherlands.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer tracked shipping to ensure you can follow your package's journey from our warehouse to your doorstep.

3. Delivery Estimates

While delivery times may vary based on your location and local customs processing, our estimated delivery windows are:

  • United Kingdom: 7 to 15 business days.
  • Ireland: 7 to 20 business days.
  • Netherlands: 7 to 15 business days.

Please note that these are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.

4. International Taxes and Duties (VAT/Customs)

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Casysac is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are the responsibility of the customer.

5. How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

6. Shipping to P.O. Boxes

Please note that some carriers may have limitations on shipping to P.O. Boxes. We recommend providing a physical residential or business address to ensure a smooth delivery process.
