2. Eligibility and Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. This means the product must be unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. We do not offer personalized products, so all items follow this standard return rule.

3. Shipping Costs

Who pays for the return shipping depends on the reason for the return:

  • Manufacturing Defects: If the product is defective or damaged upon arrival, Casysac will cover all return shipping costs.
  • Change of Mind / Withdrawal: If you wish to return an item due to a change of mind or personal preference, the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping fees.

4. Exchanges and Refunds

We offer both exchanges and full refunds.

  • Exchanges: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process the exchange for the desired item.
  • Refunds: If you prefer a refund, it will be issued to your original payment method after the inspection of the returned goods.

 

5. Refund Processing Time

Once we receive and approve your return, the refund will be processed. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the credit to appear on your original payment method, depending on your bank or card issuer.
